Corporate Social Responsibility

You have the option as a membership organisation to opt into The Key Club's Business Friend Mentoring Programme.

The Key Club's Business Friend programme is set to be recognised as the broadest industry supported initiative to develop young people's core skills, give them access to work experience and meet key influencers in the industries most relevant to their career interests.

Based on an annual plan format, this is a time effective opportunity for your organisation and two generations of your leadership to pass on core skills and industry insight.

Your future leaders develop core mentoring and leadership skills through the programme, becoming a Business Friend and a role model to a Rising Star.

The programme enables them to gain different industry insight and develop a relationship with a board level executive outside of their own organisation in a complimentary industry. The Key Club mandate has a strict non recruit policy between mentor and member matched through the Business Friend programme.

Your current leadership are given a unique opportunity to mentor top talent in two younger generations. By connecting with a future leader in a complimentary organisation, they too gain new perspective and industry insight.

As Mentors for the Business Friend programme, your current leaders commit to 4 meetings a year to provide a guiding hand of experience to The Key Club member who is responsible for the development of the Rising Star aged 16-24.

The programme is formatted to be targeted and results driven to ensure all parties gain the most development from being part of it.

Global expansion

During 2010/2011 The Key Club will launch in new markets around the globe - those already being developed for the end of this year are Shanghai, New York, Dubai, Hong Kong and Paris.

The Key Club International will connect talent around the globe. Our global offering will compliment organisations global talent management strategies. This will offer international business development opportunities for membership organisations by building strong links for their future leaders with local business communities.

Cost (excluding VAT and reviewed before each membership intake)

Annual Membership Subscription - £1,500 per member

Joining Fee - £200 per member

The Annual Membership Subscription is inclusive of 4 exclusive events a year with food and drink at each event, and access to The Key Club International members-only online community. Membership entitles members to opt-in to taking part in The Key Club's Business Friend programme.

Individual

Nominations

Individual members are award winners or recognised as key influencers in their industries.

The Key Club is the ultimate alumni, giving you the opportunity to connect with other key influencers and award winners, and those nominated by their organisations as their future leaders. No other network has brought this demographic together - The Key Club is unique.

As a member we'll invite you to 4 uniquely formatted exclusive events a year. Using our Intelligent Relationship software, we'll match you with other members two weeks ahead of your confirmed event date and send you snapshots of who you'll be meeting. You will be able to select up to three industries you'd most like to meet other members from and we'll do our best to introduce you to members from these industries.

After each event we'll provide you with the Key Code of each member you were personally introduced to. Entering their Key Code into your Black Book will give you their full contact information and details of the event where you met.

Giving Back – Become a Business Friend

As a Member you have the option to opt-in to The Key Club's Business Friend Mentoring Programme, becoming a Business Friend to a Rising Star, aged 16-24, wanting to get into your industry. Taking part will enable you to act as an ambassador for your industry, sharing your own insight and journey of how you “Made It Happen” to inspire your Rising Star.

The programme unites you with a Founding Mentor who will provide you with a guiding hand of experience and a offers a unique opportunity to create a relationship with a current or retired leader in a complimentary industry.
